Film Strip template: a horizontal strip of cards on a curved drum

How Film Strip moves

Film Strip runs a row of cards sideways over a curved drum, tight enough that the cards at the frame edges visibly turn away. It scrolls continuously or pauses at the centre for each card, and the curve can bow toward or away from the camera. Six slots. A simple, readable way to show a series of screens or shots at 16:9.

In the studio you can tune its 6 settings along with the background, shadow and loop length, and your images never leave your device.

Make a Film Strip video

  1. Step 1

    Open the template

"Use this template" opens Film Strip in the studio at 16:9, already playing with sample work.

  2. Step 2

    Add your work

It starts with 6 spots for images or short videos. Empty spots repeat your images, so a few are enough.

  3. Step 3

    Tune the motion

Change the 6 settings above, the loop length (12 seconds to start), background and shadow.

  4. Step 4

    Export the loop

Download MP4 or WebM. 720p is free with a free account and no watermark; 1080p, 2K and 4K come with Pro.
